the array ep · out now
caught sound records
dream pop and shoegaze haze over early rock 'n' roll bones. made by me, andy lagomarsino, in austin, tx.
listen
array, my debut ep. six songs for one long hazy afternoon.
about
i'm andy lagomarsino. caught sound records is my solo recording project, made in the texas hill country around austin.
i write, arrange, and produce every song, and i play the guitars and synths on all of them. then i invite other people in. each track has its own singer and its own players. i send the song out, give some direction, leave room, and see what comes back.
that's where the name comes from: catching a performance, catching a sound.
the songs start from early rock 'n' roll and get dressed in shoegaze haze, with a little post-punk and synth-pop along the way. most people just call it dream pop. that works for me.
array is my debut ep, out january 1, 2025.
